بناء مقياس لتقييم درجة ممارسة الحقوق الإنسانية الوظيفية بالمؤسسات التعليمية : دراسة تطبيقية على موظفي وموظفات جامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة
The study aimed to create a scale to assess the degree of practicing functional human rights in educational institutions and to ensure its validity and reliability, and to use exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to prove the validity of the scale. The scale was applied to a simple random sample of (684) males and Females employees of Umm Al-Qura University, and the results showed: The existence of high reliability and validity of the scale, while the exploratory factor analysis resulted in the extraction of (3) factors that comprised (55.939%), of the total variance ratio where the first factor (administrative and organizational) included (16) items, and the second factor (functional) included (14) items, while the third factor (communication and relationships) (9) items. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the modified model met the conditions necessary for its acceptance, confirming that the proposed scale conforms to the data and is factorially valid. The study recommended the necessity of using the scale by leaders and officials of the Human Resources Department, Development and Quality to monitor deviations in order to improve them and develop the reality of functional human rights in the work environment.
