The aim of the study is to evaluate the programs delivered by the Specialized Centre for Professional Teacher Training in Sultanate of Oman from point of view of trainees. The study adopted the quantitative approach using the survey method. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was constructed and applied to a sample of 595 trainees male=223, female=372, who completed the training program. Findings revealed high level of satisfaction among the trainees concerning the level of the program. In addition, the study found differences in the degree of evaluation of programs from the points of view of the trainees due to the variables of gender, program types and years of experience. The trainees pointed out that the weaknesses in the programs are due to many tasks required from the trainee, the delay in providing feedback, the results of the evaluation and the lack of accreditation related the certificate given to the trainees at the end of the training.
