The study aimed to identify the obstacles and problems facing a faculty member at Al-Balqa Applied University from the viewpoint of faculty members at princess Alia University college and Amman University College. the sample of the study reached (140) members of the teaching staff at University College and Amman University College, and the researchers used the descriptive approach to reach the results of the study, and the researcher developed the study tool (questionnaire) to collect data and information related to the study, and the researchers used the psychometric properties (validity, And reliability) for the study. The study raised the following questions, The study revealed the following results: The approval of the faculty members on the existence of obstacles and problems facing faculty members at al Balqa Applied University with a medium degree and average arithmetic amounted to the total score of the tool (3.54), and the following paragraphs obtained the highest arithmetic average, namely: Paragraph no.(3) it came first and reads: "There is difficulty in obtaining the relevant scientific references in the college library" second came paragraph (33), which reads "The difficulty of obtaining an independent office for each faculty member in the college" And in the third place are paragraphs (26,24). And their text is "the desire of the majority of students to rely on the teacher, summaries, and indoctrination" "and the library's lack of scientific references related to scientific research" fourthly, paragraph no.(14) reads: "There is a shortage in the laboratories that a teaching member needs for scientific researcher "Fifth place is paragraph (1), which reads "The lack of incentives granted to a faculty member to participate in training courses" And in the sixth place, paragraph no.(13) which reads "The lack of incentives granted to a faculty member to participate in training courses" it came in the seventh position of paragraph (13), which reads "The lack of incentives granted to a faculty member to participate in training courses "And in the eighth position in paragraph (23), which says "it annoys me the persistence of the absence of some students from attending lectures "And in the ninth rank, paragraph, paragraph (15), which reads "The poor facilities provided by the university for a faculty member to prepare and publish scientific research", Paragraph (11) came in the last place, which read: "I find it difficult to conduct transactions".
