التسامح وعلاقته بالمرونة النفسية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة نزوى
This research aims to identify the relationship between Forgiveness and Resilience among a sample of students at Nizwa University, and to explore the differences in variables studied according to sex and age variables, and degree of contribution of Forgiveness to the prediction of Resilience. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used two measures: Forgiveness Scale and Resilience Scale. To answer the study questions, the following statistics were used: correlation coefficients, T- Test, One Way ANOVA Test and Linear Regression Analysis. The sample consisted of (125) of postgraduate students at Nizwa University including (76) male and (49) female students. Results showed that there were positive significant correlations between Forgiveness (and its subcomponents) and Resilience. The study also showed that there were no significant differences that can be attributed to the variables studied; namely sex and age. Finally, the results revealed that Forgiveness (and its subcomponents) were significant predictors of Resilience, Forgiveness accounted for (8%) of variance in the Resilience. (Published Abstract)
