طبيعة الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديري المتوسطات من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط : دراسة ميدانية بالبليدة

The aim of this study is to recognize the leading patterns of the head masters of middle schools at Blida district from the teachers' point of view. The sample study consisted of 176 teachers, (98female and 78 male) taken from 71 middle schools. To achieve the goals of this study, we have established a test in which we have adopted the Democratic, autocratic and anarchic /chaotic) style. A descriptive approach to measure their leading behaviors' is used. We have obtained the following results: 1) The common leading behavior of the middle schools' headmasters in Blida is democratic. 2) There exist differences exist between leaders of the two genders. (i.e. male head masters are better than female ones according to the questioned teachers), male leaders have a high leading behavior comparing to the female. (Published abstract)
