The study aimed to evaluate the application of the electronic fingerprint attendance system in light of its objectives from the perspective of Taibah University employees. And the disclosure of statistical significance among the opinions of the study sample members according to experience, educational qualification, and training courses they obtained during the past five years. The proposals of the study sample members to support the advantages of the electronic fingerprint system for attendance and leave and to treat its negatives and difficulties are known. The researcher also used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample included (169) employees out of (300) employees of Taibah University (65%) of the original community of employees according to the Karji and Morgan equation. The study relied on a questionnaire tool for employees and a personal interview with department managers. The study relied on a questionnaire tool for employees and a personal interview with department managers. The questionnaire that was applied to the employees also included (24) phrases distributed over two areas: (the extent to which the procedural objectives of applying the electronic fingerprint system for attendance and departure are achieved - the extent to which there are difficulties that limit the achievement of the desired goals from the application of the electronic fingerprint system for attendance and departure), and then a questionnaire was conducted on the questionnaire, the arbitrators believed (apparent honesty) and their opinions were taken from modifying, deleting and adding to improve the questionnaire. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: 1) The overall level of the extent to which the procedural goals were achieved was at a high level, with an arithmetic average of 3.53, at the five-level (very high, high, medium, low, very low). 2) The procedural objective, "The fingerprint device confirms the identity of each employee at the fingerprinting" came in the first place with an average of 4.37, which is very high. 3) The procedural objective, "This system leads to the mastery of work among the heads of departments," came in the last rank, with a medium degree, with an average of 2.84. 4) The overall level of the extent to which there are difficulties limiting the application of the electronic fingerprint system came at a high level, with an average of 3.76, at the quintile level (very high, high, medium, low, very low). 5) The difficulty "the fingerprint device is broken due to a power outage", ranked first with a very high rate with an average of 4.69. 6) The difficulty "some may use false fingerprints in order to maintain the paper-based system for attendance and departure" came in the last rank with a medium degree, with an average of 2.62. 7) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 between the opinions of the members of the employee sample about the extent to which the procedural objectives of the electronic fingerprint system have been achieved due to the variable of experience, or educational qualification, but the differences were significant in relation to the variable number of training courses in favor of the group that joined five courses or more. 8) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the opinions of the members of the sample of employees about the extent of the difficulties that limit the achievement of the desired goals from the application of the electronic fingerprint system due to the variable of experience, educational qualification, or number of training courses.
