درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري مدارس محافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج سبيرز (spears model)
The present study aimed to identify the availability degree of servant leadership dimensions for school principals in South al Sharqiyah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Spears Model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (158) teachers. The results of the study reached that the availability degree of servant leadership dimensions for school principals in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Spears Mode was came generally high degree; They also came high degree in all fields listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of people and community Building; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are sex, years of experience, and job title. However, these differences were found in the scientific qualification variable and in favor of the bachelor's holders. (Published abstract)
