The study aimed to find out the extent of employing the faculty in university teaching from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the University of Khartoum. The study followed the descriptive approach, and the study sample was chosen from (199) faculty members, and the study sample was chosen from the study population from the study population, randomly, and the researcher did the floor with a questionnaire consisting of (38) items. To analyze the data statistically, the researchers used the (SPSS) program. The results showed: The administrative body of the University of Khartoum awaits a great role for employing e-learning, given the great obstacles it faces, especially on the part of students, and the limited technical and technical equipment that it owns. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity to activate the role of material and moral incentives to encourage teachers to use e-learning, with attention to training courses in the field of e-learning, and for the university administration to prepare the infrastructure for colleges before implementing e-learning, from preparing for virtual classes and laboratories.
