This survey focus on work force planning and effect on assessment of Sudanese universities performance. The question is what the role of work force is planning in assessment of Sudanese universities performance. The survey depend on (analytic descriptive method), (historical method), (case study method), (statistical analytic method), (SPSS). The survey base on choice of many supposition like: 1) There is a relation between good planning for work force and excellent performance. 2) There is a relation between good planning and achievement of organization goals. 3) There is a relation between good planning and employment satisfaction. 4) There is a relation between good planning in corporations and reduction of working cast. The survey aimed to knowing the principle of work force planning and it is effect in assessment of Sudanese universities performance. The consequence of the survey are: 1) Work force planning lead to good performance. 2) Work force planning participate in consist of corporation financial needs and important factor in promotion. 3) Work force planning lead to discovering of weakness and strength paints. The recommendation of the study are: 1) Take care of basic tools of high education like equipment, tools, labs and libraries. 2) Concern of work force planning and it is importance, apply pod gate for it to train and rebuild the workers and pick up their performance level. 3) Establish training course and held courses for workers in universities in different levels to gain the needed goals.
