The study aimed to enhance the moral culture of educational leaders in Karak Girls Secondary School 2022 as a case study. The study also dealt with the concept of moral leadership and the moral leader and to clarify the most prominent ethical dilemmas inherent in leadership in addition to a statement of methods to enhance moral thinking as well as to identify the importance of moral leadership in education. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach: to analyze, read and identify leadership events and variables, formulate concepts and perceptions under study as a social phenomenon, in addition to formulating hypotheses, concepts, and perceptions, and taking note of the various variables that contribute to analyzing the promotion of moral culture among educational leaders, and the decision-making approach, which is an approach that studies the environment surrounding the maker. The decision and a number of participants in the decision-making process, from the leadership of educational institutions, groups or organizations that seek to enhance the moral culture of educational leaders. The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, where the study confirmed the need for teachers and guides in Karak Secondary School for Girls for moral leadership in its various fields, given its importance in giving and strengthening the educational system, and recommended the need to hold training courses, seminars and workshops in order to educate Karak School teachers and supervisors Secondary school for girls to enhance the moral culture of everyone who works within the educational system.
