The aim of this research is to know the effect of the two types of e-training (intensive, distributed) within an e training - environment on developing database management skills and learning efficiency for postgraduate education technology students. For this purpose, the researcher design a list of database management skills, and designed an e-training environment in light of a model al-Desouki for educational design, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the study and analysis stage, and also used the semi experimental approach to design the e-learning environment, and the basic research sample consisted of (20) students of the special diploma in education specializing in educational technology and preparing educational materials, divided into two groups each A group of (10) students, one of whom was exposed to the intense electronic training pattern and the other to the distributed e-training pattern, and the research tools were identified in the experimental treatment (e-training environment) and the measurement tool in (a knowledge test in databases, a checklist, and a product evaluation List), and the researcher reached the intensive e-training pattern had the greatest impact on developing database management skills, as well as the results showed a high learning efficiency among the students of the first group that were exposed to the intensive e-training pattern.
