The objective of this study was to identify the most important academic and administrative difficulties faced by postgraduate students in the College of Education at King Saud University. It also aimed to detect the significant statistical differences related to two variables, their major or program and the level of education master or PhD. To achieve these goals, the researchers used a descriptive analytical approach, they also utilized a questionnaire they had then verified its validity and reliability. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of study consisting of (133) female graduate students. The study had shown many outcomes, most notably was the academic difficulties faced by postgraduate students when selecting their subject of research, followed by the many obligations and responsibilities required by the academic courses. Likewise, the scarcity of community issues to be studied made some administrative difficulties. The results also revealed statistically significant differences between the average responses towards the difficulties that they face relative to the program variable in some of the disciplines. Whereas no significant differences were found to the difficulties faced due to the level of education variable. In the light of these findings, the study mainly recommended activating the role of academic guidance, strengthening the applied aspects and research seminars, and organizing training programs in language of English.
