The kindergarten teacher plays an essential role in the education process, the guidance and the social adaptation of the child, so the importance of preparing and training the student/teacher to acquire the ability of creative thinking and the ability of expressing good artistic, pays off in the activity hall of the kindergarten when dealing with children. Therefore, the research problem stemmed from the spread of the recent Corona epidemic and the suspension of teaching in universities, which led to the interruption of attending the lectures, thus this challenge imposed the researcher to crystallize a special vision can achieve both- sides; the preservation of public health on the one hand, and the continuation of the educational process for our students on the other hand. Accordingly, the research problem was identified in the absence of a specific and scientifically proven strategy that can electronically be used in the education of Art activities. In light of this, the current research aimed at designing an educational program and testing its effectiveness by using the WhatsApp application to develop the stencil skills of kindergarten students. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach and the quasiexperimental method were used. The research sample consisted of (50) sophomores of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Minia University. The proposed program was also designed, and a test was built to measure the (8) stencils skills, as well as an evaluation card for stencils skills. By evaluating the students' stencil skills before and after the application of the program, the results showed an increase of the mean scores in the post- application of the performance test when were compared to their averages in the pre- application. Also, the ETA factor that was calculated to measure the effect size and the effectiveness of stencil skills was (0.90), and the improvement percentage between the pre and post measurements of stencil skills ranged between (60.68%:284.54%). The results also indicated that the skills of stencil have a statistically significant effect in predicting the total score of the performance test, and this demonstrates the strength of the program’s impact and its effectiveness in developing the stencil skills of kindergarten students/teachers. The new of the current research is the use of the WhatsApp application as one of the means of social media in teaching the stencils skills to the student/teacher at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Minia University.
