صيغة مقترحة لمؤسسات إعداد المعلم في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء تطوير الهوية المهنية للمعلم وفق الخبرات العالمية الناجحة
The objective of this study is to monitor the history of teacher preparation institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to make use of them in clarifying the future and thus identifying the most important factors affecting the formation of the professional identity of the teacher. It was also concerned in exploring some of the successful international experiences in preparing the teacher and benefiting from some mechanisms that the researcher has succeeded in adapting them to contribute to the success of these institutions. This may contribute to the future formula proposed for the future of teacher preparation institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the historical and descriptive analytical approaches. The study revealed that the factors affecting the formation of professional identity start from the stage of selecting the inputs of the institution and the preparation stages within it. The study concluded some proposed formulas used in the selection and preparation of the teacher in Finland and Singapore, to be the basis of the Saudi teacher's deepening experience in teaching practice.
