The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of electronic lesson design skills among students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait from their point of view, and the effect of the variables (gender, specialization, academic year, GPA) on that. The study used the descriptive approach, and data was collected by a questionnaire included (48) skills distributed for eight skills, it was applied to a sample of (96) male and female students from the College of Basic Education majoring in the specialization of computer and educational technology. The study concluded that the degree of availability of e-lesson design skills as a whole was moderate among the study sample, All skills came to a medium degree, and in the first order came the skills of dealing with the program interface, followed by the skills of adding static content within the project, then the skills of adding multimedia content within the project, and in the penultimate order came the skills of adding interactive content within the project, and finally dealing with the timeline Time Line. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members regarding the degree of availability of e-lesson design skills due to (gender, specialization, GPA, academic year) variables.
