The study aimed to identify the level of organizational identification of the principals of public schools in Makkah from their point of view, and to reveal the statistically significant differences between the average estimates of school principals of their organizational identification due to the difference in gender, school stage and number of years of experience in management. To achieve the objectives of the study, the quantitative method was used in its survey method. It adopted (Miller et al, 2000) scale, and the number of its members was (322). The study reached several results, the most important of which was that the level of organizational identification of the principals of public schools in Makkah came to a high degree from their point of view. The order of the dimensions came in descending order as follows (similarity, loyalty, membership). Furthermore, The study indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of school principals about their organizational identification due to the gender variable in favor of males. It also indicated that there are differences due to the variable of number of years of experience in management in favor of those with less than 05 years of experience. (Published abstract)
