This study aimed to identify the status of decision making and taking practices in the selected Arab countries, and ways to be improved according to the best international experiences. The purpose is to contribute to the improvement of the Arab practices relevant to educational decision-making process and promote its quality in light of the best relevant global practices, to propose a framework for improving policies that support quality and excellence in the decision-making and taking process among General Education Leaders in the selected Arab countries in light of the best global practices, and to open new horizons for the development and support of quality and excellence in decision-making process among the leaders of general education in the Arab countries.
