we achieved this research paper via a field study at the University of Setif-2- to identify the attitudes of Algerian doctoral students towards social programs on MBC1 channel and we used "Qumra program" as study model, the study belongs to descriptive research in which we relied on uses and gratifications theory, also the survey method focusing on the descriptive analysis, in order to collect the needed data we used the questionnaire, the sample consisted of 100 individuals from University of Setif2- who were selected by using the cluster method,the study found a number of results.
