The study aimed to try to identify the extent of mixing reflection on achievement motivation of secondary education pupils from the point of view of the subject's teachers. The randomly selected sample included teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary schools of Bordj Bou Arreridj, whose number is estimated at 15 professors distributed in 12 secondary schools, and in order to test The study hypotheses: A questionnaire designed by the researcher was used to measure the extent of the reflection of mixing on the students' achievement motivation, and the study found that mixing stimulates the achievement motivation of students and enhances their creativity during their exercise of the physical education and sports class, and the study also found that mixing breaks the constraints of shyness Pupils during their physical education and sports class. Accordingly, the study suggested that such studies be expanded further from the viewpoint of teachers and students, as well as from the point of view of the students' parents. (Author’s abstract)
