أثر برنامج مقترح للأنشطة البدنية والرياضية في تنمية بعض المهارات العقلية لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط
The study aims to know the effect of physical and sports activities on mental skills (focus attention, mental perception, relaxation), where the researcher used the experimental approach for its suitability to the nature of the study, the research community is represented by middle school pupils, from whom an intentional sample of (26) pupils were taken and divided equally into two groups (experimental - witness ), and to collect information and data, the researcher relied on the following tools: Test- Attention Focus Network by (Dorthy Harris-1987) and its Arabic picture was prepared by Mohammed Al-Arabi Shimon (96), mathematical mental perception scale developed by (Martens1982) was Arabized and legalized by Muhammad AlArabi Shimoun and Majda Ismail in the year (1996), scale of the ability of relaxation that was designed by (Frank Vital-1981) under the title (Your Ability Relax) and its Arabic picture was prepared by Muhammad Allawi and Ahmed Al-Swaify (1982), the data and information has been processed using the social Sciences Statistical Package Program (SPSS), in addition to the following statistical methods : Arithmetic average, standard deviation, torsional coefficient, (𝐾2) test, correlation coefficient (Pearson), test (T). And the results of the study include: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) between the average levels of mental skills (Attention focus, mental perception, relaxation) of the experimental group between pre and post measurement. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) between the average levels of mental skills (Attention focus, mental perception, relaxation) of the experimental and witness group in telemetry. 3) The proposed program has a positive impact on the development of mental skills (focus attention, mental perception, relaxation) among middle school pupils.
