The aim of the research is to build a training program according to the entry (MST) and verify its impact on the educational performance of students - teachers at the University of Babylon / College of Basic Education / department of science the researcher approved the experimental design with partial control of the two experimental and control groups, and the (post) test of the educational performance of students - teachers, after the experimental group underwent the training program the research community was limited to students - teachers in the fourth stage / department of science / College of Basic Education / University of Babylon, as the number of students - teachers reached (92) students for the academic year 2018/2019, the researcher excluded students - teachers graduates of the teachers training institute / teachers and the number (2) relying on the information form distributed to them, so the research community consisted of (90) students - teachers and students - teachers, distributed equally across three branches and by the rate of (30) individuals for each branch, and to determine the research sample, the researcher chose intentionally, students - teachers in the physics branch as an experimental group subject to the variable the independent t (the training program) is chosen by lottery method, students - teachers in the chemistry branch as a control group that is not subject to the independent variable. The researcher conducted the equivalence between students - teachers for the two research groups in variables (time age, grades of general teaching methods and viewing subjects for the previous academic year 2017/2018, test scores of previous information for general teaching methods. As for the research tool, it was represented by an educational performance note card, which was built by the researcher, as it consisted of (45) paragraphs, and its validity and reliability have been proven. The training program was applied to students - teachers in the experimental group in the first semester, and a card was applied to note the educational performance of students - teachers in the two research groups in the second semester during the period of collective application for students teachers in schools after analyzing the results statistically, the researcher showed the superiority of the students - the teachers in the experimental group over the students - the teachers in the control group in the educational performance, according to the educational performance note card in light of this, the researcher came up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
