This study aimed to reveal the marital compatibility and its relationship to self-esteem among married workers in the state of l M'sila The researcher used the descriptive correlation method, representing the study community in married workers and then selecting the sample of the study by random sample from the high schools of the state of M'sila, the researcher chose five high schools in a random way, where the sample size of the study reached (80) workers married to the total study community for the academic year 2019-2020, the researched used several methods in statistical treatment consisted of the choice for two groups associated with correlation factor (person); and the coefficient of stability of alpha kronbache, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically functioning relationship between marital compatibility and family self-esteem in married workers, there is no correlation between marital compatibility and social self-esteem among married workers, there are no statistically significant differences between the members of the sample on the measure of marital compatibility attributable to the duration of marriage, there are no statistically significant differences between the members of the sample on the scale of selfesteem attributable to the duration of the marriage, and the researcher made recommendation: the work of courses and orientation programs that contribute to strengthening marriage compatibility, raising the degree of self-esteem among married workers, educating working wives about family responsibility during training sessions and training sessions by official and informal institution, should take the visual and audio media and its role in educating working wives about their family responsibility besides work , directing social institutions interested in women's affairs to organize guidance and guidance programs for married women working in the private and public sectors in cooperation with employers, and contribute to raising their level of their marital compatibility, as conducting further studies and research on the subject of the work of married women because of the family and softy as a whole.
