The main purpose of this study is to identify the real nature of the relationship between professional choice and psychological compatibility among primary school teachers in some schools in the city of M'sila. Also, it aimed to identify the level of professional choice and psychological compatibility according to the study sample. The study also tried to uncover the differences in the professional choice and psychological compatibility for the study sample according to (gender and professional experience), and to assess the study hypotheses, we randomly chose 60 teachers (M \ F) as sample in the city of M'sila for the academic year 2019-2020, and two scales were applied to them, represented in the professional test scale for Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Sweet 2008, and the psychological compatibility scale for Zainab Shuqair 2003, where some modifications were made to them and their psychometric properties were ensured on a preliminary survey sample of 25 teacher from the original study community, using the descriptive approach, and for data processing, the following statistical methods were used: Arithmetic Averages, Theoretical Averages, Standard Deviations, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach Coefficient, Colmograph Smirnov Test, Shapirock Wilck Test, One-way anova test and (t-test) test for one and two samples. The study reached the following results: 1) There is no statistically significant correlation between the professional choice and psychological compatibility of the primary education teachers in M'sila city. 2) The level of psychological compatibility among primary education teachers is elevated. 3) The level of professional choice for primary education teachers in M'sila is average. 4) The absence of statistically significant differences in the level of professional choice among primary education teachers according to the gender variable. 5) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional choice among primary education teachers according to the variable of professional experience (less than 5 years / 5-10 years / 11-20 years / more than 20 years). 6) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological compatibility of primary education teachers according to the gender variable. 7) The absence of statistically significant differences in the level of psychological compatibility of primary education teachers according to the variable of professional experience (less than 5 years / 5-10 years / 11-20 years / more than 20 years).
