The current study aims to define the role of higher education institutions in knowledge management, to come out with proposals and procedures that help develop the role of higher education institutions in knowledge management and achieve the desired, through analysis and review of previous research and studies and educational literature that dealt with knowledge management to ensure an integrated therapeutic vision To face development obstacles, higher education institutions dealt with knowledge management. The current study differs from previous studies in the methodology of the study, as the current study relies on the analysis of educational literature that discussed the issue of higher education institutions in knowledge management through the analytical approach and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher’s vision, the current study sets a scientific vision to confront the obstacles and problems of knowledge management in knowledge management.
