تصور مقترح لتحويل الجامعات الأردنية الى جامعة ريادية في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19
The study aimed to propose a conception to transform Jordanian universities into a pioneering university in light of the pandemic such as Covid 19, the study population consisted of the University of Jordan's (1,632) professors and professors. A random sample was chosen according to the sample table of (310) professors and professors. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was developed as a study tool to measure the degree of need. It consisted of (32) items distributed into five areas: creativity, anticipation, competitiveness, risk tolerance, and independence. The results of the study showed that the degree of need for the proposed visualization was high, and the results showed no differences according to the variables of sex and years of experience. The two researchers recommended adopting the proposed vision for transforming Jordanian universities into a pioneering university. (Published abstract)
