The current study aims in particular to know the role of relaxation technique in reducing exam anxiety, among students of experimental sciences, the first cohort at Houari Boumediene High School in the municipality of Barhoum, the Wilayat of M'sila, in comparison with the second cohort to know the difference in the results, and the effectiveness of the relaxation technique. For this purpose, the following question was raised. ꞉ Are there statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group for relaxation technique for scientific section 01 students? To answer the question, we have relied on the following hypothesis 1- There are statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in reducing exam anxiety by applying the relaxation technique among baccalaureate students, scientific section 01. As for the field study, it was carried out in the spatial field, the municipality of Barhoum, the state of M'sila, the temporal domain was determined in the year of 2020, and it was based on a random sample, and the scale designed by Sar Sun was distributed, as it was distributed to 189 students The experimental group consist of 33 students whereas the rest students present the control group. The experimental method, test anxiety scale, and relaxation technique were used. (Author’s abstract)
