The aim of this research is to develop the cognitive, skillful aspect and mathematical thinking of the skills of the unit functions and equations in Excel program within the computer course for second year secondary school students. The research group consisted of (92) female students from the second commercial secondary school at the Al-Monshaat El-Koubra Secondary Commercial School at Qusiya Educational Administration - Assiut Governorate - they were divided into two groups: the first is control group (46) female students, and the second is experimental group (46) female students. The control group studied the traditional method of education, and the experimental group was studied using the Blended learning strategy in the first semester of the year 2019/2020. The research tools consisted of the list of skills of unit functions and equations in Excel program within the computer course on commercial secondary students, teacher guide, the scenario of the Educational platform, Educational platform Google Classrooms, User guide, Activities notebook, an achievement test, a skills card, and a mathematical thinking test in the unit and tools prepared by the researcher. After making sure of the stability of the tools and their authenticity, the researcher applied them to the two research groups before and afterward, then the data was statistically processed. The results of the research showed that the use of Blended learning led to an increase in the achievement of knowledge and performance, as well as mathematical thinking in the skills of unit functions and equations within Excel in the computer course on second-year commercial secondary students, and accordingly the most important recommendations of the research were the use of Blended learning in the development Excel skills using Excel.
