The present study aimed to reveal the level of Anxiety neurosis among teachers of middle cycle with psychosomatic disorders. The clinical approach was adopted through two case studies, and the following tools were used: clinical observation, clinical interview, Cornell test translated in Arabic by Mahmud ZIADI (1984) and Rorschach test. The study reached the following conclusions: 1) Middle school teachers with psychosomatic disorders have a high level of neurotic anxiety. 2) The projective production of middle school teachers with psychosomatic disorders is characterized by poor productivity, mental inhibition, emotional immaturity and high signs of anxiety (anatomical responses-blood).
