فعالية استخدام بيئة تعلم إفتراضية قائمة على التدريس التأملي في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى الطلاب المعلمين بليبيا واتجاهاتهم نحوها
The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a virtual learning environment based on contemplative teaching in developing the skills of the effective teaching among students-teachers in Libya and their attitudes towards it. The research material consisted of an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects, an observation card and an attitude scale; and the sample of the research was represented in an intended sample of (35) student- teacher of the fourth year at the faculty of education, University of Al-Asmaria. The results of the research concluded the following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the cognitive test for the post-application. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the observation card for the post-application. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post applications of the attitude scale towards the virtual environment for the post-application. 4) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (≤0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group evaluation for the virtual environment and the hypothetical mean that is (% 80) for the average scores of the experimental group evaluation for the virtual environment.
