درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية للاستراتيجيات الإيجابية في إدارة الصف من وجهة نظر الطلبة
The study aimed to uncover the degree to which secondary school teachers use positive strategies in classroom management from the students’ point of view and the effect of variables: gender, academic branch, class, on that. The descriptive survey approach was used and a questionnaire was developed consisting of (48) items distributed into five areas: (student behavior management, adherence to regulations and instructions, classroom activities, classroom communication and communication, psychological climate) and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified, and the study sample consisted of (600) from the governmental secondary schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education in the Kasbah of Mafraq. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the study sample came with a high grade, and the field of student behavior management came first, classroom activities came second, and psychological climate came in third Inside and outside the classroom, the field of communication and classroom communication ranked fourth, and the field of adherence to regulations and instructions came in last place. The results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences (a = 0.05) attributable to the effect of gender, grade and academic branch in all fields and the overall degree. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: Informing officials at the Ministry of Education of the results of this study, in order to inform school principals of behavior modification methods, urging the holding of courses, workshops, and programs on positive strategies in classroom management for school teachers. More studies, to identify the role of positive strategies in classroom management, in education directorates in other regions, and to compare their results with the results of the current study.
