This study aimed at the degree inclusion of human rights concepts in national and civil education textbooks of tenth grade in Jordan, by analyzing its content, Using the descriptive and analytical approach. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared the study tool (the analysis card) that included (35) Human Rights Concepts, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. They were divided into five areas: The field of civil and political rights (10) concepts, the field of economic and social rights (10) concepts, the field of cultural rights (4) concepts, the field of rights of vulnerable or disadvantaged groups and groups (6) concepts, and the field of peoples' rights (5) Concepts. The study sample consists of all pages of the social and national education book for the tenth grade, Except for the introduction and the list of references, The results of the analysis showed that the most ranked concepts of Human Rights are civil and political rights in the first place, with a frequency of 63 times, A percentage (40.90%) and a medium degree, And economic and social rights in second place, with a frequency of (47) times and a percentage (30.52%). With a low degree, Cultural rights are in third place, with a frequency of (27) times and in a percentage (17.53%) and with a low degree, and the rights of vulnerable or disadvantaged groups and groups are ranked fourth, with a frequency of 9 times and a percentage (5.84%) and with a low degree, And the rights of peoples in The fifth and last place, with a frequency of 8 times, with a percentage (5.19%), with a low degree. It is evident that the distribution of human rights concepts is imbalanced. The study recommended that the authors of the national and civic education textbook for the tenth grade be taken into consideration with increased attention to human rights concepts.
