دور القيادة النسائية في ضبط السلوكات التربوية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة المفرق
This study aimed at role of the women leadership in controlling educational behaviors in secondary schools in Mafraq governorate. The researcher prepared the study tool, which is a questionnaire consisting of (36) items, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Then it was distributed to a random sample consisting of (199) female teachers and (211) students. The results of the study showed that the college’s degree of female leadership’s role in controlling educational behavior in secondary schools in Mafraq Governorate from the teachers’ point of view was largely. The results of the study also resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in the role of female leadership in controlling educational behaviors in secondary schools in Mafraq Governorate from the point of view of teachers for the impact of the educational qualification, and the results of the study revealed the absence of statistically significant differences in the role of female leadership in controlling Educational behavior in secondary schools in Al-Mafraq Governorate from the point of view of female teachers on the impact of years of experience. The results of the study also showed that the college’s degree of the role of female leadership in controlling educational behaviors in secondary schools in Mafraq Governorate from the students ’point of view was significant. The results of the study also revealed the absence of statistically significant differences for the role of female leadership in controlling educational behaviors according to the difference in the role of the evaluator (female students, female teachers), and in the light of the study results it was recommended the importance of holding training courses for high school principals on how to control the educational behavior of male and female students and how to confront them.
