This study aimed to identify the degree of applying the principles of agile leadership by school administrations and its relationship with building the organizational reputation from the point of view of private school teachers in the University District, and the impact of the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience on that. The sample of the study consisted of (472) male and female teachers who were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The descriptive approach was used in this study. After its reliability and validity had been verified, a questionnaire was used as the research instrument for collecting data. In its first part, the questionnaire is consisting of six dimensions (the characteristic of humility, the characteristic of calmness, the characteristic of wisdom, the characteristic of objectivity, the characteristic of patience, the characteristic of trust) to measure the Degree of applying the principles of agile leadership by school administrations, and of three dimensions in the second part (creativity, social responsibility, quality of service). The results of the study showed a high Degree of applying the principles of agile leadership and the dimensions of organizational reputation by school administrations from the point of view of private school teachers in the University District. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the application of the principles of agile leadership and the dimensions of organizational reputation by school administrations attributable to the variables of sex, in favor of females, and years of experience in favor of the level of experience (more than 10 years). No statistically significant differences in the application of the principles of agile leadership and the dimensions of organizational reputation by school administrations were found attributable to the variables of academic qualification. Finally, the results showed a positive correlation between applying the principles of agile leadership by school administrations and building the organizational reputation from the point of view of private school teachers in the University District. In light of the study results, a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are the need to pay attention to the indicators of agile leadership, especially in the educational sector, because of its importance in its societal considerations, the quality of the services provided and reduce waste and costs, and the need to provide clear foundations and standards in providing requirements for agile leadership principles, because of their Effects on the quality of services provided by one hand, and its important role in investing all available resources and capabilities, in addition to providing school principals and teachers with modern and clear criteria to keep a high level of organizational reputation.
