The study dealt with a pure educational issue for students of basic formation at the University of Msila. Therefore, this research came in two chapters theoretical and the other applied. This research attempted to present some of the causes of weakness that led to the deterioration of teaching morphology related to teachers, students and the curriculum, and some other reasons that go beyond the walls of the university. Also, through this research, we suggested some suggestions and solutions to avoid this weakness. The research summarized several results, the most important of which are: The necessity of teaching and applying the morphological rules, not only for the sake of knowing the rules, but for the sake of serving the linguistic tongue.
