The study aimed to know the effectiveness of using a video platform based on micro-learning in the development of the technological literacy of the teachers’ librarian in Madinah. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the semi-experimental method was used. The study sample consisted of (50) the teachers’ librarian (boys / girls) and the subordinates of the city education department. The tribal and remote measurement was adopted for one group. Based platform to learn how effective the platform is in developing their technological literacy. The researcher prepared the study tool which is an achievement test to measure the development of technological enlightenment among the teachers’ librarian in Madinah. The study used a number of methods, including: arithmetic mean, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, alpha Cronbach coefficient, eta box, t test, and black coefficient. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the average scores of the study group members who use the video platform based on microlearning in the tribal and remote application to develop the technical knowledge enlightenment for the benefit of the post application. The study also showed statistically significant effectiveness at (0.05) among the average scores of the study group members who use the video platform based on micro-learning in the tribal and remote application for the post-application.
