The current study aimed to identify the appropriate reality in secondary education outputs to labor market requirements from the perspective of their managers, the study used descriptive survey and used questionnaire as a tool, and the sample of the study consisted of (50) of managers in Riyadh, the study found some results which is: most business requirements have moderately high school graduates, high school graduates need more focus on language skills, they need more configuration and understanding of labor market to achieve job satisfaction, as the results of the study concluded that the labor market requires a set of skills to succeed and high school graduates need to acquire the professional ethics that help them to success in their work. Finally, the study submitted a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
