The present study aimed to identify the desire of graduates of the College of Education to join the profession of education in the State of Kuwait, the sample of the study was chosen randomly stratified has reached a number of 40 graduates, graduates of the Faculty of Education in the State of Kuwait for the year (2017-2018), the researchers used the descriptive method The researcher analyzed the data using the appropriate statistical methods to determine the degree of desire of the graduates of the Faculty of Education to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait; Inductive analysis of the responses of the study sample was used on its tool. The results were as follows: It was found that there are many problems facing the graduates of the College of Education in Kuwait that affect the graduate's desire to join the teaching profession in Kuwait, which can be limited to problems (academic, vocational), Social, financial and material). Among the conclusions, 61% of the graduates of the Faculty of Education in Kuwait found that the teaching profession was a difficult one; 83% of the graduates of the Faculty of Education in Kuwait found that the effort exerted in the educational process was not matched by a sufficient salary; 94% of the graduates found The College of Education in Kuwait believes that the assignment of teachers to administrative and teaching tasks beyond their capacity; which may lead them to not want to join the profession of education in the State of Kuwait; came the highest view on which the graduate builds on his satisfaction to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait is, the effort exerted in the educational process Not equal enough salary; The views that the graduate builds on his satisfaction to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait are (difficult in the curriculum); and also the highest views that the graduates build on their satisfaction to join the teaching profession in the State of Kuwait is, that the profession of a teacher in Kuwait is not an attractive job for employment ( While the least of the graduates' views on their satisfaction with joining the teaching profession in Kuwait were less difficult in the curriculum (vocational and academic preparation); Heads of teachers and the creation of new positions; sensitize school administrations that it is essential that school principals be fully aware of the importance of the role of the teacher and not impose additional administrative work other than the teaching process; replace paper-based preparation, electronic preparation; To better solve the problems, the Ministry of Education adopts a recreational plan for teachers that is implemented in stages during the year to break the negative situation and the stresses of the teaching process.
