The aim of the study was to identify to which the 7th Islamic education textbook achieved the total quality standards in State of Kuwait. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive approach was used, where the content analysis tool was applied, and a list of total quality criteria was identified that needs to be considered when designing the target book, it included six main criteria in which (65) criteria and sub-indicators were distributed. The results showed that the total quality standards were achieved in high degree in the 7th grade Islamic education textbook as whole, and in the four other domains: "technical standards", "learning products", "content", and "evaluation", while the standards for "educational activities", and "additional sources of knowledge" came with a moderate degree. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the importance of book developers' interest in learning products, content and evaluation in the Islamic Education Textbook for the 7th grade medium.
