The study aimed to know the role of school principals of the State of Kuwait in providing the requirements for the incubator environment for sports talents among students and the differences in it according to gender variables, years of experience and educational qualification. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (280) male and female teachers chosen from three educational areas, namely Al-Ahmadi, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and Al-Farawaniya. A questionnaire consisting of (31) items was distributed in six dimensions, and its validity and reliability in the Kuwait environment were verified. The results showed that the role of the principals of the schools of the State of Kuwait in providing requirements for the incubator environment for sports talents among students from the point of view of the study sample members was of a moderate degree, and that there are statistically significant differences in the role exercise from the individual point of view of the study sample due to the gender variable in favor of Female, in When no differences were attributed to the variables and years of experience and educational qualification. In light of the results, the researcher recommended that the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education adopt a developmental training program to encourage school administrators to adopt students with sporting talents and provide them with a nurturing environment.
