The study aims to find out the extent of satisfaction of the members of the center on the achievement of academic performance indicators. Hence, the researchers have prepared a questionnaire composing of (41) items distributed in seven areas, and they used the descriptive analytical approach for its suitability of the research; the statistical methods used are: Pearson Correlation Coefficient to prove the stability of the questionnaire, which amounted to 0.75 and the "Spearman - Brown" equation to correct the stability of the questionnaire, which amounted to (0.86), as well as statistical packages (SPSS). The sample consisted of (20) individuals including academic members. The results revealed that the assessing estimates averages did not reach the quality. (Published abstract)
