The aim of the current research is to reveal the concepts of nanotechnology included in the books of physics for the intermediate stage, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a tool for analyzing books according to these concepts, The tool consisted of four basic axes, each basic axis consisting of sub-axes (nanotechnology concepts) totaling (29) concepts, the research community included physics books for junior high and the research sample is physics books for grades (the fourth scientific, the fifth applied and the sixth applied) for the approved books In the year 2019-2020, after conducting the research process, it was found that the books of physics for the intermediate stage contain notions about nanotechnology, except for a small percentage in which the nanoscale is mentioned.
