التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتعليم العالي في الرسائل العلمية بالجامعات السعودية : دراسة تحليلية
The study aimed to identify the reality of strategic planning for higher education in the scientific messages submitted by male and female graduate students and was approved at the Saudi universities during the period (2003-2018). The study used the method of content analysis for all these scientific messages. The study found that all the scientific messages were prepared by males and females to obtain a master's degree without a doctorate and approved from (6) universities and applied to males and females in (9) destinations, and most of the scientific messages used the descriptive method and the tool of resolution. The year 2017 was the most approved year, and Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University was the most approved university, and King Saud University was the most applied. The topics of the messages were strategic planning processes, strategic planning implementation, and constraints of strategic planning), and that these topics were not accumulated in a way that achieves an integrative picture of their results is the development of strategic planning in higher education. The study recommended the formation of a matrix of strategic planning research for higher education in each university to meet their needs and addresses their problems in an integrated and non-recurrent manner, which contribute to developing and activating the role of strategic planning in raising the efficiency of higher education as a feedback.
