أنموذج قيادي مقترح في إدارة الصراع لتحقيق الإبداع المنظمي في إدارات التربية والتعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية
The study aimed to build a proposed leadership model to manage the conflict in the departments of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve the organizational creativity in those departments. The study developed a tool that consisted from 86 items to reveal the reality and importance of educational leaderships practicing to the methods of conflict management and its participation degree in achieving the organizational creativity in the educational departments. The study population included all directors of education and their male and female assistants for educational affairs, male and female directors of departments, male and female heads of in the education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who were 2203 members, as three hundreds and sixty two 362 individuals were randomly selected and subjected to the application of the study tool. The results of the study showed the following: 1) The rates of educational leaderships exercising to methods of the conflict management in the educational departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia came out with medium rates, while its practicing to appeasement method came in the first rank according to the most exercised, then the integration method, which followed by domination and followed by settlement, and finally came the avoidance method. The contribution of educational leaderships practice to the methods of managing the conflict in achieving the organizational creativity came out in average rate. The field of details scored the first rank then the authenticity where both came in high degree. The fields of sensitivity to the problems, fluency, flexibility and keep and maintain the direction have achieved average rates. 2) There are no differences with statistical significance at the level (α≤ 0.05) according to exercising degree of the educational leaderships in the departments of education in the management of the conflict methods depending on the variable of gender and scientific qualification except the appeasement and avoidance method, where the difference came in favour of females and in the appeasement method the result came in favour of bachelor holders. There are no differences with statistical significance according to the practice of conflict management methods depending on the variable of experience. 3) There are differences with statistical significance at the level of (α≤ 0.05) in the contribution degree of the conflict management methods in achieving the organizational creativity depending on the variable of gender in the field of authenticity, which came in favour of females. In the fields of sensitivity to the problems and fluency, the results came in favour of males. There are differences according to the scientific qualification variable in the field of the sensitivity to problems and maintaining and keeping the direction and the details which came in favour of bachelor holders and there are no differences according to the experience variable.
