The study aimed at suggesting an imagination to activate the role of Jordanian universities in reinforcing the intellectual security amongst students, from the point of view of the teaching staff members. The community of study consisted of 8613 teaching staff members of them in the Jordanian universities in the studying year 2014/ 2015. The ‘sample of study had been chosen by the racemose random method, where its number amounted to 942 and at a rate of 11% from the community of study, and at a rate of 36.9% from the susceptible to sample. The study had followed the surveying descriptive methodology. To achieve the objective of study a questionnaire formed of its final form was prepared of 75 paragraphs distributed among three axes, the first of them: reality of the intellectual security amongst students in the Jordanian universities the second: reality of the Jordanian universities role in enhancing the intellectual security amongst their students, and this axis had included four fields (university administration, teaching staff member, studying courses, and student activities), but the third axis is difficulties that face Jordanian universities in enhancing the intellectual security amongst their students. Structure of the instrument of study had relied on the theoretical literature and previous studies that dealt with the subject of intellectual security. The results of study had shown the following: 1) That the degree of reality of intellectual security amongst students in the Jordanian universities came medium, and the students’ practice of blind imitation of others with garments or behavior without in sight was the highest arithmetic mean. 2) That reality of Jordanian universities role in enhancing the intellectual security amongst their students also came at a medium degree, and the field of student activities secured the first degree in enhancing the intellectual security amongst students. 3) Also, the degree of difficulties that face Jordanian universities in reinforcing the intellectual security amongst students had come at a medium degree. And the most prominent difficulties that universities non communication between the student’s family and his university with what achieves a strict following up to his issues. 4) Existence of differences with statistical indication at the level of indication α≤0.05 in the estimations of the teaching staff members to the role of Jordanian universities in reinforcing the intellectual security at students due to the variable of totality. And the differences had come for the interest of the teaching staff members, who teach of faculties of humanities. 5) Existence of differences with statistical indication at the level of indication α≤0.05 in the estimations of the teaching staff members of difficulties that face Jordanian universities in reinforcing the intellectual security at students due to the variable of the university, and the differences came for the interest of the teaching staff members, who teach at the private universities. 6) And the results of study also indicated to the nonexistence of differences with statistical indication at the level of indication α≤0.05 in the estimations of the teaching staff members to the role of Jordanian universities in reinforcing the intellectual security due to both variables of sex and the academic rank. Finally, according to the Study’s findings a group of educational perspective procedures are reached. Those procedures are related to university administration, Teaching staff members, Studying Courses and student’s activities. (Author’s abstract)
