The study aimed to reveal the role of administrative empowerment in applying total quality management, an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of faculty members at Jerash University for the academic year (2019-2020). The study population consisted of all members of the teaching faculty at the University of Jerash, and they are (181) members of the teaching staff. Those who hold a PhD degree were all chosen as a sample for study. Al-Tarawneh (2006), Al-Mashaqabah Study (2007), Al-Shuraidah Study (2001), and it consisted of three sections: The first section includes information that expresses the characteristics of the study sample, according to demographic variables, namely: (gender, degree, job experience). And the second section: a tool describing the areas of administrative empowerment: it consisted of (32) paragraphs, and the third section: a tool describing the areas of application of total quality management at Jerash University and it consisted of (40) paragraphs. The study reached the following results: The results showed that the level of administrative empowerment practice among the deans of colleges at the University of Jerash is high, indicating that administrative empowerment is of importance for the study sample individuals. The level of application of the principles of total quality management among the deans of the faculties of the University of Jerash is high, which indicates that the application of total quality management is important for the members of the study sample.
