Research aimed to measure the effectiveness of a programme based on blended learning in developing skills of safe use of Internet and awareness of contemporary technology ethics among pupils in the preparatory stage. To achieve this aim, a program is designed based on blended learning with Moodle learning management system and applied on two experimental and control groups (36 pupils in each group) at Ahmed Zewail school for basic education, New Damietta city-governorate of Damietta. Also, research tools had been applied pre and post on students of the two groups. The statistical analysis have been reached to the effectiveness of the blended learning programme in developing the skills of safe use of the Internet, and awareness of ethics of using modern technology among students of prep stage.
