تدريب معلمي التعليم الأساسي داخل المدرسة في مصر : دراسة تقويمية

This study aims to Identifying the weaknesses, strengths and difficulties which affect Basic Education school-based teacher training and the best solutions to overcome them, the current study sample was limited to Basic Education male and female teachers and training and quality units supervisors as they were considered responsible for training. The sample of the current study consisted of n=1010 from some of the Basic Education schools in the governorates: Cairo, sharkia, Kafr el sheikh and Damietta, Minia, Elwadi el Gadid and Sohag and this was in the first term of the school year (2016-2017). This study used the descriptive research method. A questionnaire was applied to Basic Education male and female teachers and training and quality units supervisors as they are considered teachers in Basic Education schools, Findings: The school is interested in spreading the culture of quality among teachers, training and quality units inside schools lack organization and work according to rules and regulations and they are run without specifying suitable time and they work in a random way, training and quality units inside school face some difficulties including lack of incentives given to trainee teachers and the multiple responsibilities of training units officials and if they are overcome, they will lead to good results. Training programs require the cooperation of all school staff and the training provider -training and quality units in Basic Education schools- must have efficiency and be aware of his role.
