The objective of the study was to measure the effectiveness of a personal learning environment based on social networks in the development of nutrition awareness among middle school students in Jeddah from 30 students of the eighth grade in the middle school 85 of the Department of Education in Jeddah. The research tools were an achievement test to measure the cognitive level of the field of nutrition among middle school students in Jeddah, and a trend scale to measure the level of nutritional awareness. The results of the research showed the effectiveness of a personal learning environment based on social networks in the development of nutrition awareness among female students In the light of the results of the research, the research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the carrying out of further studies and research to identify new methods, methods and strategies for the development of cognitive achievement and food awareness through family education in middle school students in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia, and the preparation of an integrated guide for mathematics teachers to guide them in the development of those skills.
