إستراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة في ضوء تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات
The objective of the study was to develop a proposed strategy for developing secondary school management in the light of information and communication technology. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was adopted as a study methodology. A questionnaire was designed to diagnose the current reality of the problems faced by secondary school management and the availability of ICT application requirements. The questionnaire consisted of 100 items distributed into two areas. The first area consisted of four axes while the second was composed of three axes. After verifying its validity, as well as confirming its stability which reached 0.72, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of 529 from secondary school administration staff. The study provided a list of some secondary school management problems. It also provided a list of ICT application requirements that are available at secondary- schools and another list that are not available. The study also developed a proposed strategy for developing secondary school management in the light of information and communication technology. (Author’s abstract)
