The objective of the current search is to identify the effectiveness of an enrichment program in engineering across the web in achievement, problem solving and critical thinking among the gifted students in the first grade secondary. To verify, the educational tools of enrichment Program and Teacher’s Guide were prepared. The measurement tools were also prepared, such as achievement test, problem- solving skills and critical thinking. The research group consisted of 41 female students selected from the best students at Maghagha Secondary Girls School in Maghagha Center in Minya Governorate and then the tribal application of measuring tools to the students of the research group. And then teach the engineering of the web network for students of the research group. After the experiment was applied, the measuring tools were applied and the results of the research resulted in the effectiveness of the enrichment program in engineering across the web in achievement, problem solving and critical thinking among the gifted students in the first grade secondary. Based on such results, the research came up with several recommendations and suggestions. The most important of these was the need for the ministry to adopt interactive enrichment programs through an accredited website that matches the abilities and interests of gifted students and conduct similar research in other branches of Mathematics.
